Central Africa

Central Africa is made up of the following nations: Angola, Cameroon, Gabon. Equatorial Guinea, Central African Republic, Chad and Burundi. This Regulation is applicable in the CEMAC (Central African Economic and Monetary Community) that groups 6 nations, namely; Cameroon, Congo, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Central African Republic, and Chad.

The profession of certified public accountants and auditors is regulated by the dispositions of Community Regulation No 11/01-UEAC-027-CM-07 on the amendment of the status of the accounting liberal professionals, as well as by the dispositions of the Uniform Act Relating to Commercial Companies and Economic Interest Groups.
